This research was undertaken to help Pension, Disability and Carers Service (PDCS) to design, develop and implement an ongoing comprehensive survey to measure both the levels of awareness of products and services provided by the PDCS and the levels of satisfaction of Partners and Stakeholders across a range of activities identified as key to successful consultation and partnership working. The main objectives for this research were:

  • to develop a set of questions based upon the core drivers identified in previous research to enable PDCS to measure and monitor the effectiveness of our stakeholder consultation, partnership activity and working relationships.
  • to develop a tracking mechanism that will allow PDCS to report on the effectiveness of stakeholder consultation, partnership activity and working relationships.
  • to pilot and implement a tracking mechanism that will allow PDCS to report on the effectiveness of stakeholder consultation, partnership activity and working relationships.
  • to complete a first full tracking survey to enable PDCS to baseline the effectiveness of stakeholder consultation, partnership activity and working relationships. This report presents the key findings and implications for PDCS.
