This report offers a detailed insight into stakeholder partners' views of their working relationship with Jobcentre Plus. The research comprised two main components. The first being in-depth qualitative interviews with members of the Jobcentre Plus Customer Representative Group Forum. The second was a quantitative telephone survey with local-level partners, which were followed up with in-depth qualitative interviews to un-pick arising issues.
