Disability and Carers Service Customer Service Survey 2008
This report presents the findings from the fifth annual customer survey carried by research consultants Ipsos MORI for the Disability and Carers Service (DCS). A postal survey was carried out with a representative sample of customers of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance (AA), and Carer's Allowance (CA) who had experienced recent contact with the DCS. The survey explored customers' experiences of, attitudes towards, and satisfaction with the service they had received from the DCS. The report also identifies key trends following on from the previous DCS survey in 2007.
