This third thematic report on the evaluation of LinkAge Plus (LAP) focuses firstly on how the LinkAge Plus pilots have built capacity by developing and improving services which realise positive people-centred outcomes for older people; secondly, it discusses whether the projects have built capacity by laying the foundations for the planning, shaping and delivery of people-centred services in the future.
The final reports from the evaluation of LinkAge Plus will include an examination of the cost effectiveness of the approach.
