The Pension Service's Interactive Digital Television Pilot: A Qualitative Evaluation

The Pension Services' interactive digital TV pilot was launched in May 2002. Available via cable and satellite, the service provided information on pensions to those planning their pension, approaching retirement and those already retired, along with some interactive services such as the facility to request leaflets for further information. This report presents findings from qualitative research designed to evaluate the pilot IDTV service. The research evaluated customers' and staff's experience of, attitudes towards, and satisfaction with the pilot iDTV site.
